Dingalan, Aurora - The Dingalan National High School teachers spearhead by Rolly Franquia, Marvin Sinacay, PSDS Beth del Campo and Principal Ronald Garcia initiated and conducted two days art event title "2017 Art Appreciations and Contemporary Philippine Arts Seminar-Workshop" with the help of the Samahang Makasining (Artist Club), Inc. (SMACI) members. There were 130 talented students from different schools in Dingalan excluding teachers participated on this event.

The program was started with inspirational message by Dingalan Mayor Shierwin Taay with some singing intermission number from the participants. Elito Circa known as Amangpintor also chairman of SMACI performed three (3) to four (4) minutes actual hand painting. His painting was also given as a token to Mayor Taay.

Amangpintor also shared his experiences and selected articles about his art discovery, beliefs and own meaning of arts including the elements of Arts. Rhod Gamatan president of SMACI Dingalan Chapter discussed the Visual Arts Media while Noel Nombrere discussed Basic Information about Arts and Aurabelle Razon for the Handicrafts making. In this event, the participants also experienced actual hand painting during their workshop. The event also facilitated by Jorge Halos, Renz Tena, Mot-Moters.
