Prosperity Through Mechanized Hybrid Rice Farming System

The Phil-Sino Center for Agricultural Technology in collaboration with Samahang Makasining(Artist Club), inc. is holding a Painting Contest in line with the objectives of the government including mechanization of Hybrid Rice Farming System.

Students & professionals can participate. Participants must submit atleast one (1) or more paintings, size 24 X 28 inches, medium acrylic(water base) or oil paint on canvas. Submission of entries should be on or before March 16, 2005 to the PhilSCAT, CLSU Compound, Science City of Muņoz, Nueva Ecija. or to the Samahang Makasining(Artist Club), Inc. c/o Elito V. Circa, Roseville Subd, Sto. Tomas, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.

All entries will be exhibited from March 16 to March 30, 2005 and top 17 and winning entries will automatically be owned by the agency. Awarding of prizes will be on March 22, 2005 during PhilSCAT Anniversary at PhilSCAT Building.

PRIZES:

    First Place: PhP 10,000
    Second Place: PhP 8,000
    Third Place: PhP 6,000
    17 Consolation Prize: P400 each


GUEST PAINTERS/EXHIBITORS:
All interested artists/painter are welcome to exhibit and sale their artworks as long as in inline with the objectives of the agency.
