The vibrant art scene of Nueva Ecija took center stage during the recent National Arts Month festivities, celebrating the province's rich creative heritage. With the theme “Ani ng Sining, Diwa at Damdamin,” a Painting Competition & Exhibition brought together talented Novo Ecijano artists to showcase their remarkable skills.


The event highlighted outstanding artistic talents, with Gromyko Semper earning the coveted Champion title. Maan Charisse De Loyola secured 2nd place, while John Melvin Garcia claimed 3rd place. Leo Cawagdan received recognition in 4th place, demonstrating the depth of creativity present in the local community.


Board of judges chairperson Elito Circa (Amangpintor) remarked, "This is not a basis of being an artist; this is just discovering new styles and artistry. But the important thing is to show and promote the art and culture of Nueva Ecija, and all the artists are the main key to lead the vision of the province."
