KALENDARIO (news bits from NEUST chapter)

Founded in 1995 as a sister chapter, the Artist Club NEUST Chapter progressed as time moves on. Savor the significant dates of the organization's activity this A.Y. 2005 -2006, enduring 10 years of history.

July 8, 2005 - In connection with the celebration of Student's Day, the Artist Club constructs a Henna Tattoo Booth wherein the booth is designed like a bahay-kubo to complement the fiesta motif. Later that night, the club performed an actual body painting show as a part of the group's promotion of arts and preservation of Filipino Culture.

August 5 6, 2005 - AC participated in the 1st Leadership Training Seminar held at NEUST Sumacab Campus wherein the said group has been recognized as a part of Non Political Student's Organization.

August 12, 2005 As a part of the clean and green program, the Artist Club conducts general cleaning at the NEUST Sumacab Campus to maintain the area's cleanliness.

August 15 22, 2005 - As part of our fund raising activity, the NEUST Artist Club accept Mr. Quipse's (adviser of NEUST Folkloric) offer to make a stage decoration that will be used by a certain group in their presentation in Baguio City.

September 3 4, 2005 Celebration of the NEUST Artist Club's 10th Year Anniversary held at Barrientes Resort, Barangay Bagong Sikat, Cabanatuan. Together they reminisice a decade of fun, lauphter, and being recognized as one of the active organization by the university.

September 12 -16, 2005 Being ordered by the Non-Political Students Organization (NPSO) to build an organization both, the Artist Club constructs a food stand and a henna tattoo booth during the weeklong intramurals.

September 17 -18, 2005 Batch 32 Final Screening: Seven contenders survived during their initiation held at Purok 1 Barangay Obrero, Cabanatuan City bearing their Batch Name Cynthia Ternida and Batch Color Pollen Cool Green, respectively.

September 27 29, 2005 The College of Arts and Sciences invited the Artist Club to install a Henna Tattoo Booth during the CAS Day. In addition, the AC also helped during the preparation of the said program by making letterings, Styrofoam-cutting, and some designs for the stage decoration.

October 1, 8 & 15, 2005 - The Artist Club worked for the student government for three consecutive Saturdays as requested by the USG President Ms. Raquel Lucas. The club makes plaqcard paintings to be posted on USG Park as well as the USG Center.

October 26, 2005 The AC Dingalan Municapal Chapter and AC NEUST Chapter contrive to do a T-Shirt Pirnting workshop held at Barangay Paltic, Dingalan.

November 5 8, 2005 - The NEUST Artist Club joined the 1st Founding Anniversary of our sister municipal chapter - Samahang Makasining (Artist Club) Inc. Dingalan Municipal Chapter held at Barangay Paltic, Dingalan, Aurora. This activity aims to strengthen the brotherhood and exercise the unity among the two chapters.

December 3 - 4, 2005 Batch 33 Final Screening: Luckily, three freshmen survived the said ceremony unveiling their Batch Name and Batch Color Mericlaire Manabat and Flesh held at Purok 2 Barangay Obrero, Cabanatuan City.

December 14, 2005 - The NEUST Artist Club decided to construct a Henna Tattoo booth during the University's Christmas Bazaar as part of our fund raising activity.

January 27, 2006 In connection to the celebration of SK Night in Quezon, Nueva Ecija, the Artist Club decided to do a stage design and various paper cutttings.
